   Project timelines are estimates. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.

   Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice, adhering to the termination clauses outlined.

7. Liability
   We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution
   Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation as per our agreement.

9. Data Security
   We'll take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Force Majeure
    Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their control.

11. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of Supreme court.
